Project Scope:
Remodel the first floor to include a new cafeteria, bathrooms, and teachers’ lounge
The Project
For years Dawn Treader has been renting out the first floor of their historic building. Most recently a daycare center used the space, but DTCS continues to grow! They now need the space for their own students and faculty.
We are working together with them to revamp the entire first floor. It was a lot of demo at first. That revealed some pretty serious structural issues. Once we got those things remedies, we were able to start the build-out in earnest. The plan converts this space to include a new cafeteria. new classrooms, bathrooms and a new teachers’ lounge.
