WORKMANSHIP PROGRAM
Welding Course
The Welding Course exposes students to the careers involved in the welding industry, while equipping them with the basic skills required to start a welding career: MIG, TIG, Stick, joint & weld types, AWS standards, and welding applications.
29 CLASSES I TUES & THURS I 6:30-9:30PM I 18 YEARS+ I 10 SEATS
Final Evaluation
At the end of the semester all students will be evaluated through a Fillet Weld Break Test, in which students will do a sample weld and be evaluated on:
Cracks or incomplete fusion
Incomplete penetration
Porosity
Stag Inclusions
*In all of the above we look for jobsite safety.
