Join the Team

The Workmanship Program: Franklin launched in January 2026 with a pilot CPM Course.

It takes a team of committed volunteers to keep this program running. Whether you're a skilled tradesman or have gifts for hospitality or mentorship, we have opportunities for you to serve:

  1. 1. Instructors

Teach through the curriculum of 1 or more classes and lead the students through the hands-on portion of class.

  1. 2. Teaching Assistants

Assist the instructors with leading the students through the hands- on portion of class.

Check in with 5 students 3 times each semester to make sure class is going well for them.

  1. 4. Meals

Provide a meal for students and volunteers on 1 night of class.

  1. 5. Hosts

Sets up, serves, and cleans up dinner.
