CHESTER, NJ — Servant’s Heart Ministry was featured in the Season 15 premiere of NBC’s George to the Rescue, which spotlighted a renovation of Hope’s Promise Farm — an equine-assisted nonprofit in Chester, NJ, that has touched thousands of community members through educational programs and healing-oriented activities.
The farm’s aging fencing had become a safety hazard for its therapeutic miniature horses. Host George Oliphant and the George to the Rescue crew teamed up with a group of generous local companies and volunteers to install new steel fencing, improve drainage, and add an outdoor “horse hotel” shelter, along with an inviting office space for the farm’s founder, Maureen Coultas. Members of the Servant’s Heart Ministry team contributed their skills to build the new horse hotel.
The project brought together many hardworking partners, including Buckley Fence, Garden State Groundskeeping, Harrington Contracting, 3M, Lavette’s Home Style, Carrie Norin, and Servant’s Heart Ministry — a reflection of the same hands-on, community-first spirit behind the ministry’s renovation and trades-training work across New Jersey.
