CARE FOR OUR STUDENTS AND VOLUNTEERS
Dinners are an important time for our students and volunteers to build relationships over a meal. Providing those meals is a great way to care for our students. There are three ways you can do this.
Bring a Meal
Hosts create a welcoming atmosphere by preparing, serving, and cleaning up dinner for students and volunteers during class nights. They work under the direction of the Lead Host and alongside other host team members to ensure meals run smoothly and on time.
We have a list of “tried and true” menus that you can choose from or you can bring something special of your own.
This is a great option for groups! It gives you opportunity to bond and serve together.

Sponsor a Meal
With this option you (or you and your friends) would donate money to cover the purchase of a meal. We will then use that donation to order food from a local restaurant and have it delivered to the Workmanship location.
You can also come help serve the meal if you like! We always welcome volunteers.
Cook a meal
This option is only available in Franklin! Thanks to our new industrial kitchen, we have the ability to cook on-site. This offers a fun, meaningful way for small groups, families, businesses, or church teams to serve together—building teamwork, sharing skills, and connecting with our community.
We will give you meal suggestions, but you’ll purchase the ingredients and do the cooking. You can even stick around to serve if you like!
Reimbursements up to $150 are available for those who can volunteer their time but not the finances for ingredients.
