All proceeds from the sale of our sheds go right back into funding our Workmanship Program. Each shed sold covers the cost to enroll one student in our program, which empowers an individual to change the course of his or her life for the better.

1 Shed = 1 Student

Over the 26 classes of the Workmanship Program’s CPM Course, we lead our students through the building of high quality sheds that are built like a residential home. This helps students grasp the material they’re learning by offering hands-on experience for each lesson, such as framing, roofing, siding, electrical, etc. Our instructors work alongside the students the whole way, ensuring the construction is done properly and the end result is high quality. Upon completion these sheds are sold to raise funds for the next semester’s tools and materials.

Shed Details & Pricing

THE STANDARD SHED

Starting Price: $3,000

Our base shed includes the following:

• 8’ x 10’ (or smaller) shed with pressure-treated plywood and floor joists.

• CertainTeed Vinyl siding

• GAF asphalt shingles

• Aluminum trim

• Single 3’ cedar barn door.

+$150 delivery fee: We deliver within 12 miles of Paterson. Obstacles like fences, retaining walls, and narrow driveways may hinder our ability to deliver the shed.

*Purchaser is responsible for any permit or town ordinance needed for a shed, as well as prepping the shed location: level ground and proper drainage (ex: gravel or concrete).

Each semester our CPM students are led through the construction process, from foundation to roof and everything in between. During the “Jobsite” portion of each night, they work in teams to fully construct beautiful, high-quality sheds. We offer these sheds for sale with all proceeds returning to the program.
